Part Time Operations Assistant,
You’ll play a key role in keeping the club running smoothly while helping create the positive, high-energy, experience to our community .
You’ll work closely with ownership and the team to support daily operations, deliver exceptional member service, and help maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting members and guests, answering NAYA phone, checking members in, and assisting with questions.
- Tour prospective members, explain membership options, and complete sign-ups.
- Meeting membership quota by converting walk-in prospects and website leads, providing club tours, and processing sign-ups.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club by completing daily cleaning tasks, priority cleaning lists, walk-arounds, and restroom checks.
- Reracking weights and ensuring all equipment is organized
- Cleaning and sanitizing machines and workout surfaces
- Prepare saunas for member sessions, ensure they are clean and ready for use, and sanitize the sauna area after each session to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Check members in for NAYA Studio classes, assist with setting up equipment and space before classes, and help with breakdown and cleanup after each session.
- Special Events Support : Setting up event spaces and equipment, Supporting staff and members during the event / Breaking down and cleaning up after the event
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

A passion for fitness and health
- Customer service / Gym background preferred.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Work at least 25 Hrs weekly
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
